REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Playnex Digital for your music distribution needs. We strive to provide you with the best services and experience. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Not Possible:
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Religious / Devotional Music: We do not offer refunds for songs classified as religious or devotional.
- Cover Songs: Refunds are not possible for cover songs.
- Remix / Mashup: Songs created as remixes or mashups are not eligible for refunds.
- Music Made with Samples: If your music includes samples even if you have license for it, a refund will not be possible.
- AI Generated Songs: If your music / vocals are generated using AI, a refund will not be possible.
- Free for Profit Beats: Songs created using free for profit beats are not eligible for refunds.
- Music / Content Not Owned by the Artist: If the artist does not own the rights to the music or the content being uploaded, a refund cannot be processed.
- Wrong Plan Purchased: If the user purchased a wrong plan then a refund cannot be processed. However, an upgrade can be considered in some cases based on our internal decision.
- Plan Cancelled: Plan cancelled by the user or cancelled by Playnex Digital due to violation of any terms and conditions.
Refund Possible (50%):
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Uploads: If the wrong file is uploaded or the information provided is incorrect.
- Duplicate Songs: If a song is accidentally uploaded multiple times.
- Technical Issues: Any technical problems that result in the song not being distributed as promised.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and only one refund per order is allowed.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
- Contact our support team at support@playnexdigital.com with your order details and reason for refund.
- Provide any required documentation or evidence to support your claim.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
